This Free Event – Age Strong / Live Long – takes place on Wednesday the 1st of October 2025 in Breaffy GAA Club, Castlebar.
It will be an event dedicated to promoting Healthy Aging and Longevity! Come along and enjoy engaging with a panel of expert speakers to answer your questions on all aspects of Ageing & Living well in Mayo.
