“Mayo’s Community Response Forum with the Public Participation Network, has produced a Community Information Leaflet to assist the public accessing useful services, helplines etc.
The leaflet contains useful contact details for local health services, information services, helplines and advice around Covid, which people in the Mayo might need. The leaflet is a bilingual document and is also available in four other languages, i.e. French, Polish, Arabic and Portuguese (Brazilian).
The leaflet is handy and easy to keep for reference and contains a space for people to add in their own GP, local Garda, Hospital and Pharmacy contact details for quick and easy access.
