As part of their commitment to quality customer service, the Department of Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht are currently reviewing and updating their Customer Action Plan and Customer Charter.
In order to inform this work, the Department are seeking the opinions of stakeholders and the public in relation to their experiences in engaging with the Department. This will help them to understand how they can better serve the needs of their customers.
