HeritACT Ballina Co-Design Workshop – Part 2

We’d like to invite you to the last opportunity to actively shape the heritage interventions that will be installed across Ballina in late 2025. Your input will ensure each design resonates with our community’s needs and aspirations.

Workshop Details
Date: Saturday, 17th May 2025
Time: 12:00 – 16:00 (free lunch & refreshments provided)
Venue: Ballina Library, Pearse Street, F26 R299

This is an opportunity to collaborate directly with our solution partners from Ireland, Italy, Spain, and Greece, all of whom will be attending in person. They’re ready to share their expertise and answer your questions about the innovative interventions proposed for Ballina.

Proposed Interventions include

o   A Nature-Based Solution & Temporary Recycled Structure made of locally harvested oyster shells in Dr. Kathleen Lynn lane.

o   A Small-Scale Pavilion Structure with Projection Mapping Animation at Ballina’s Convent.

o   An Augmented Reality (AR) Experience celebrating Ballina’s Mineral Water Building.

o   A 3D Printed Vegetable Garden at Ballina’s Methodist Church.
