Understanding various communication styles and techniques, including verbal, written, body language, etc. Learning how to motivate others in a voluntary group scenario. Engaging with others, so that everybody in your community group feels included and valued. Taking contributions from everybody in a positive, welcoming framework. | How to design Eye-Catching Newsletters for your Community Group:
How to design and create engaging newsletters. How to include, photos, links, etc, in your newsletter. How to gather email addresses correctly. How to build an email list in a GDPR compliant manner. Course run over 3 sessions on Nov 26th, Dec 3rd, Dec 17th at 10am – 12pm |
