Nominations are being sought for Representatives to the Mayo PPN Secretariat Committee. Please read Committee description and nomination form carefully as incomplete nomination forms will be deemed invalid.
The Secretariat Committee is the administrative body of the PPN and Secretariat members are elected by the Plenary (collection of all groups registered with Mayo PPN). The Secretariat also oversee the day-to-day operation of the PPN and implement the PPN workplan.
The Secretariat is a county-level committee and is broad and representative of the different geographical areas and the three Pillars (Environment, Social Inclusion and Community & Voluntary) within County Mayo and reflective of the diversity of the membership.
The Secretariat Committee is made of 14 members, two from each of the 3 Pillars and two from each of the 4 Municipal Districts.
Current vacancies on the Secretariat Committee are listed on the nomination form. You may nominate up to two people from your group: one to represent your MD and one to represent your Pillar. You cannot nominate the same person to represent both your MD and Pillar. If you wish to nominate two people from your group, you will need to submit two separate nomination forms.
The closing date for receipt of completed nomination forms has been extended to 4pm, Monday 30th of March 2026. Late nomination forms will not be accepted.
