2nd Mayo (Westport) Scouts CLG

2nd Mayo Westport Scouts is one of the oldest scout troops in Mayo, when active we operate with over 100 youth members aged 6 -18 years old. We have recently set up a Limited Company by Guarantee in June 2022. We operate with four sections Beavers -8yo, Cubs 9-12yo, Scouts12-15yo, and Ventures15-18yo. Each section meets independently on a weekday evening to learn new skills and plan excursions in hillwalking, camping, pioneering, first aid and backwoods. Scouting enables young people to build the skills they need to maximise life's opportunities. Scouting welcomes all members and we do not tolerate any form of discrimination on any grounds including, but not limited to, gender, sexuality, race, religion or belief, social class, health, age or disability.
