Calli Collective

Calli Collective is a mixed pot of alternating seasonal creative collaborations. Storytelling through food , celebrating diversity, local eco-systems , heritage and culture. Calli Collective uses art to challenge the social and cultural systems at play in the current Climate and Food crisis. Food is survival as well as a form of connection. The collective works in curating seasonal events to coincide with the traditional agricultural calendar based around traditional food customs. We create space for conversations concerning the local food culture , civic agriculture and community health. Questioning the globalization of food and climate changes' effect on food systems . Eco-feminism, social inclusion , community empowerment - health and wellbeing are the core values in our collective .
