Castlebar Celtic Football club

Castlebar Celtic founded in 1924 is Located at Pavilion road, Castlebar. Our facilities are used by over 3500 members of the Castlebar Community. We cater for 35 Adult & Youth teams. Castlebar Celtic are 2019 Mayo Superleague Champions and take part in Connaught & National FAI junior cup competitions, our over 35’s Masters team take part in Mayo League Masters and are 2019League Champions. Castlebar Celtic are the only club in the country to have won FAI U18 Cups in Both Boys and Women’s Competitions. We have a thriving youths set up, Castlebar Celtic are 2019 U18 Quigley Cup champions , our U14s boys won the League and Cup double this season while our U16 boys are still in National SFAI competition. Our young hoops in both the girls & boys academies take part in numerous local blitzes such as Mayo Schoolboys Blitz & Michael Whyte cup giving them the chance to get their first taste of silverware donning the green and white hoops. Castlebar Celtic has had a number of players capped for Irish teams at U15, U16, U17, U19 and senior level since the formation of the club. We are lucky to have such great support from the town of Castlebar especially all our Volunteers and supporters. Our facilities include A full size grass pitch, An artificial turf training area with floodlights, Dressing rooms with showers, Medical room, Club House with a Fully Licenced Bar.
