Castlebar Tidy Towns

Castlebar Tidy Towns was established in 1994 in an effort to galvanise the community to work together to ensure Castlebar was a great place to live, to work in, and to visit. Over the years the committee grew and forged alliances with the Mayo County Council, schools, and community groups building a momentum that is in evidence today by the achievements of the local organisation and most recently winning the gold medal nationally two years in a row.
