Dragon Boat Club Ballina

Dragon Boat Club Ballina is a community & voluntary organisation which promotes inclusion through participation in a team sport. It is the ultimate sport for all abilities and fitness levels. Dragon Boats are large canoe like vessels which hold a crew of 20 people sitting side by side paddling. each boat has a drummer beating time to keep paddlers in unison and a helms person in the stern guides the boat. The work of the organisation is to promote health, wellbeing and social inclusion through Dragon Boating.
