Erris Parkrun

Erris parkrun, similiar to parkruns throughout the country -; Provides free, weekly events every Sataurday at 9.30am Organised by local volunteer teams Open to all, including those who are inactive or have health conditions or disabilities, to walk, run, jog, volunteer or spectate Provides an opportunity to socialise and be part of a welcoming, supportive community (we provide free teas/coffees/water at finish line for participants and violunteers to mingle)
