Kilmurry NS Board of Management

We are a 5 teacher school, located 3km off the Erris road in Crossmolina. There are currently 60 children enrolled in our school. The project we are undertaking is to purchase more Ipads to develop technology proficiency in our school community. During the periods of remote learning, we discovered that many homes within our school community are disadvantaged and did not have access to essential IT equipment. Also, many parents believed they did not have the skillset necessary to help their children. With the funding to purchase these Ipads, we would endeavour to teach the IT skills required at school and also envisage to hold remote basic IT classes with parents.
