Mayo Support Circle for Widows, Widowers and surviving partners

This is a county wide support group for bereaved spouses and partners in Mayo who are navigating life after the loss of a spouse/partner. Our monthly meet ups offer a chance to connect, build confidence and explore a positive future among new friends who understand. Here we support and encourage one another in our individual journeys so one is not alone and isolated in their grief which can be overwhelming and devastating. The focus is on the mental health and wellbeing of everyone and overcoming the pain, both physical and mental that grief brings. Also, preventing isolation and self-neglect, especially in men who are bereaved.
