We are a local ladies club who are currently the only club in mayo with the Healthy Club status which we are very proud of, we are currently in the process of engaging local organisations to give presentations on the benefits of quality sleep, wellness and a life coach to help give direction, and would appreciate any grant to enable us to reach our goals.
