We are a Women's Group based in Claremorris. Our main areas of work are Women's Health and Wellbeing. We offer classes/courses on Women's Health, Cookery, Mindfullness, Arts and Crafts. It is also a social gathering for many women combating isolation and helps to integrate all women in the area
