Tobair Mhuire Restoration Fund

Tobair Mhuire Committee was set up in 2006 to provide access to to the very historic Tobair Mhuire. We set about aquiring land from 4 farmers to provide a 3mtr wide x 700 mtr long walkway , this was completed in 2007. The works involved constructing 2 bridges over the Rosserk river, clearing the ground, laying a gravel walkway, erecting a Chainlink wire fence with concrete posts. We are currently raising funds to erect a shed to store Tents, Table, Chairs and maintenance equipment.
