The world is changing at a rapid pace as are the problems society face, but so are the solutions to these problems. Every day people are highlighting new causes to address and new ways of doing things.
The issue of succession planning is an important one for the sector, and the sector is changing. The next generation of leaders are the first digitally native generation meaning they can connect on a global level in a way unheard of before and they are also more driven by social causes like mental health, the environment and social justice. So, what does this look like for our sector?
Well we don’t know, but we found some people who did!
At this event, we’ll meet two emerging leaders in the sector and hear about their experiences stepping into leadership roles.
